Cut or lump on toung
My grandmother feeling pain on toung
From last 1 month . Small cut and very small lump 4-5 mm under the toung and white Ness near by
I attached images . It is normal or not
She used tombacco for brushing teeths 10 year before. Not using tobacco from last 10 years

Hi,
You need to check if there are any sharp tooth/teeth edges can could be causing this cut on the tongue. From the image shared, there seem to be a fractured or decayed tooth. Please visit a dentist and get a clinical examination done.
