Do our toung have small red dots? Which is not noticable if we are not looking attentively. And which is not visible if don't look it in clear light. Very small red dots in front and middle.

Hello Yes, our tongue does have these red tips, these are the tips of taste buds on our tongue... they are not always clearly visible, they can be seen if tongue gets scrubbed with toothbrush or tongue cleaner too vigorously or after too much spicy or too much sweet food consumption as well
Next Steps
if it is painless then nothing to worry if slight pricking is there then wait for a day and if continues then see a doctor
Health Tips
if it is painful ointments are available to apply, we will need further details to prescribe it
