Cut in nose
From one month sometimes I notice small cut inside my nose I applied cipladine in it got well
but today I noticed the same cut at nose at the same spot

It may be injury due to putting finger in the nose.
Apply Soframycin cream over the area twice a day for a week.
Avoid forceful blowing.
