Unfortunately, if condition of (periodontal tissues) gums is so bad that teeth are too mobile (hanging), there is not much you can do to reverse the condition. You should get such teeth (poor prognosis) extracted (removed). Teeth that can be save should be saved with surgery.
It is important that you try and stop as much damage as you can.
