Sir i am suffering from cubitus valgus but with the minor angle. Suggest me any excercise so that i can reduce my carrying angle which is in my left arm. As i am an defence aspirant.

You will not be able to make any changes .. as that is a bony changes .. But you can still visit an orthopaedic who will guide you for the same

Look now after maturity of your bone cubitus valgus can not be treated conservative way. In case you to get it corrected surgically , it will leave surgical scar.
