CT Scan Report of Mandible & Parapharyng
CT Scan Mandible & Parapharyngeal. Poorly enhancing SOL with solid and cystic components is seen on left antero-lateral apsect of posterior fossa. MDCT features suggest a neoplastic lesion of left retromolar trigone involving buccal mucosa with erosion of mandibular ramus. Enlarged lymph nodes are seen in level lb bilaterally & left level 2 with a SOL in left antero-lateral aspect of posterior fossa - ? Metastasis

CT report suggests it to be cancerous, but wud need biopsy for confirmation

Do a biopsy to confirm disease , then proceed with surgery followed by radiation and chemotherapy if needed.

Kindly get the biopsy from the lymph node or left retromolar area for confirmation. Further treatment is based on histopathology.
