CRP without fever

CRP without fever

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My child was having fever. After blood check CRP was 21. After antibacterial injection for 3 days, he relieved from fever but blood test is till showing CRP of 17. There is no symptoms of fever and he is actively playing. Should I get worried? Doctor told to go for blood culture test..please guide

you will have to give antibiotics for either 5 days or 7 days or 10 days and this will be decided by your doctor so please do not stop the antibiotics as of now because the infection is controlled and not cleared
