Your CRP level of 12.5 indicates some degree of inflammation or infection in your body, though it is not extremely high. The white blood cell count (WBC) of 10,300 is slightly elevated but still within a reasonable range. Since you no longer have symptoms, your doctor likely chose to avoid antibiotics, which is the correct decision in many cases unless there's clear evidence of bacterial infection. Antibiotics are not effective against viral infections, which could have caused the initial fever.
For a thorough evaluation and to determine if further tests are needed, it’s essential to assess your complete history and current status. I recommend a detailed consultation to rule out any underlying conditions that may need attention.

Your doctor did the right thing by not prescribing antibiotics irrationally, however for your complaint about weakness, additional history will be required to access your condition rightly.
