Crown keeps falling, what do I do?
Hello. I fractured one of my front teeth and it unfortunately could not be saved. The doctor recommended a post and core treatment and I got a crown fitted. However, it keeps getting loose and falling off every 15 days. My diet is extremely normal, no hard biting, sticky substances, etc. the crown remains perfect, it just comes off. Looking for an opinion.

See, if a crown is placed properly then it cant displace on its own. Their could be two reasons i.e either crown is not cemented properly or crown is not properly made. Let your dentist knew about it. And get it replaced by a new one. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hi… The crown should not keep coming out if it is made properly. You can always go for a second opinion if you’re not satisfied with the treatment from your current dentist. May be there are some high points or something that your dentist is missing, talk to him and discuss what can he do about that.
