Creatinine level 1.13
I recently had a serum creatinine test and it is 1.13. The reference range is 0.57 to 1.11. Is it dangerously high. What should I do to reduce that. I am having alcohol every weekends two days per week. . My father passed away due to kidney failure at age 62. Pls help me with this about my next steps

Avoid painkillers and ayurvedic medicines, protein supplements etc.Reduce intake of alcohol, reduce meat, and if u smoke, u should completely stop it. Need to know ur family history in detail to see if it is an inherited condition.  Pls do an ultrasound abdomen and urine analysis.
