You may need dialysis with creatinine of 9.2 mg/dl. Dialysis can be done by (1) abdomen called Peritoneal dialysis and by (2) blood called Hemodialysis. For hemodialysis, you need fistula or you can also go for permcath - tunneled catheter. Which option is best for you, you have to discuss with your nephrologist. Thanks

If creatinine is 9.2 mg/dL, you may need dialysis.
If the kidney disease is irreversible then its better to do the fistula surgery or plan kidney transplant.
