Hello there we understand your feeling and your concern to stay fit. But then since you're a vegetarian you might be getting short of protein and there is no issue if you have decided intake supplements but then we would suggest you to take whey protein instead of creatinine. Thoughboth of then have side effects but the effects of creatinine are more significant than that if whey protein. Ask your gym trainer for best brand of whey protein. Thank you
