Can Hypothyrodism Patients take Creatine
My thyroid levels are a bit above the normal range. For that I take Eltroxin 75 mg. I am overweight, and I am on my journey of transformation. I go to the gym everyday. I've lost a good amount of weight, but it has plateaued now. I've been suggested to supplement with creatine as it will improve my weightlifting, which will help me lose more fat. But since I have thyroid, I am unsure if it is safe for me. Also, I drink 6-7 litres of water everyday (if you think creatine may cause issues because of less water). So, can I supplement with creatine?

Avoid creatinine supplement. Instead eat fish and chicken, natural source of cretine.
