Hello, I usually feel craving for slate pencil, raw uncooked rice and vibhuti, looks like it is some deficiency, can you please help me overcome it as it is very bad for health to consume them

Yes the constant urge to nibbling non-edibles indicates unawareness abt nutrition rich food. Incidentally caused due to vitamins’ deficiency leading to polyphagia.
