Crampy pain
I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 1st November..Since Dec Im having problems in stoma output and also gas,crampy abdominal pain..Now Im getting output(after having lots of fluid,abt 7lts a day) but gas is not coming put and causing severe crampy pain,loud abdominal sounds(at times)and im also having heaviness near stoma,feeling something will come out and later it comes out after causing lots of pain..On 19th Dec was admitted to hosp after I was having severe crampy pain in abdomen.X ray done,came out normal..Again was having that same severe pain on Monday(continued till Thursday,now a bit less)it increases on having food also water.Took tab drotin that also didnt help..Having heaviness in  abdomen..Yesterday had trazogastro solution for small bowel follow through(XRay)report normal..After having trazogastro Gas is coming out(earlier also after having this gas came out)Why are these cramps happening to me when reports(X Ray,Ct) are normal?Are there adhesions?help

Yes these can be be because of adhesion etc. And these causes are difficult to recognise in any test.
