Cramps in lower abdomen.
How to ease out menstrual cramps. I am already using heat pads. I don't prefer medicines. My cramps are getting too severe

You are doing hot pads and not wanting medication .then what advice you need? You can take meftal spas for pain if it is severe

Hi. You can take meftal spas after food . Otherthan hot fomentation no other homeremedy will help you .

Usual home remedy is hot water bag fomentation. However if that isn't helping much, you can try medications, as they are not really harmful when taken as prescribed. But if your pain is too severe, need to be investigated to make sure there is no underlying pathology.

If u don't want medication..then just check it on -Yoga poses for dysmenorrhoea...Google it...
