Cramps in lower abdomen and pain in anus
Heavy periods. Severe cramps during periods. Need to change 6 pads a day. Thyroid profile normal. Blood counts normal. Haemoglobin-13. 3 Feels fatigue all days of period.  Last Period started - 26th April.  Diagnosed pcod. Report date - 1st May (6th day of period) Posterior uterine wall myoma meas 24×19mm Endrometrial thickening is 5.5 mm Right ovary enlarge- 14 cc Left ovary enlarge- 19 cc Follicles in both ovaries - 2mm. Contraceptive pills started - 3rd May Today - again I feel severe cramps in lower abdomen and pain in anus but my periods haven't started yet but yeah I forgot to take my contraceptive pill yesterday and today. I am virgin.
