Cramps and urge of periods
Hello,
I am 23 F, I am having feeling that I am going to have periods and I have cramps and then it feel like the very next moment my periods will start, but nothing comes out just mucus.
I want to know why I am having false alarm for the periods. Although it the time of period cycle but I am 6 days late.

If your periods are delayed you should check for pregnancy if you are sexually active. If not then you can wait for 1 more day. If still you don't have periods then you can take medicine for periods

If you are sexually active you need a pregnancy test
If not wait for one more day as up to 37 days cycle is considered normal
If still no periods you need medicine to help you get your periods
