Cracking sound from knee
My right knee makes cracking or bone breaking kind of sound whenever I walk, sit or do exercise. Also I feel like my right patella is separated from thigh bone as it keeps revolving in all directions. What shall I do to stop that sound ?

Hello there. Patella is a separate bone itself. It's not a part of thigh bone which is called the femur or the leg bone which is called the tibia and fibula. Did you have any sort of trauma? Is there any pain? If there is pain better to consult a orthopedician in person so that a examination of knee can be performed. If not then you need to follow certain excercises which would strengthen that area. Regards
