Cracked tooth due to accident
I got stitches on my lips and my front two teeth pushed downward due to pressure and I just noticed cracks in them, they do pain when there is any sensitivity or touch using tongue however the main problem is due to stitches on lips , I can't see a dentist till the stitches dissolve or are fine. Is it okay to leave the tooth as it is and wait till my stitches and wound heal. Please suggest.

You must visit a dentist and get your checkup. The first thing is you will have to get an x-ray of the tooth. After inspecting it, we can decide which treatment is needed. Your tooth will be placed in its original position and as well treated for sensitivity. kindly visit us at Dental Galaxy Pune https://g.co/kgs/c9u1tb

Yes, ma'm, Your dental problem can be solved. Lips are the soft tissues with lots of blood supply. It take few days to few weeks to heal & for stitches to dissolve. White teeth are the hardest part comparatively so , I think you might have problem with mouth opening also in combination with teeth pain.so avoid using straw & focus on healing of lips as a priority.
Next Steps
visit the dentist/ endodontist  after consultation with surgeon will do

Post the medication details you are undergoing. And picture of affected region as convenient as possible. Avoid harsh brushing and use soft bristled brush. Apply ice pack pressure from outside of mouth or lips. Betadine gargle, after food to maintain oral hygiene. Use spoon while having food, don't use fingers.

You can still visit the dentist for an examination even with the stitches . May require root canal and tooth should be brought back to original position and splinted as soon as possible
