Hi, you will need to get an X-ray for the tooth which has turned brownish. For the gaps, you can consult a nearby orthodontist and get your orthodontic treatment done which includes alignment of your teeth, closure of gaps and correction of your bite. Or if you don’t want to go for braces, we have aligner option also. Ask for it when you consult your doctor. Or another treatment modality is to get veneers done.
