This is a case of cracked heels. Cracked heels are usually due to dry skin, prolonged standing, or improper footwear. Use a thick urea-based moisturiser twice daily, soak feet in lukewarm water before applying, and avoid walking barefoot. If deep or painful, consult for possible infection or fissure treatment.
Next Steps
Consult online for better management.
