I Took covishield vaccine yesterday. After 24 hrs my body starts paining and headache still continues. Can i take Bruffen or enzoflam. Please advice some medications. I took Paracetamol given by health people

You can take Megadol one tablet twice daily after food for two days and Citi Z one tablet twice daily for two days. The pain and headache will go away
