Medication for symptomatic relief:
dolo 650 or any other plain paracetamol tablet and
Tablet levata M(levocetrizine montelukast) one tablet after food.
Gargle warm water with 10 ml betadine solution or one tablespoon of salt
Steam inhalation: put pudina leaves in hot water and inhale that steam.

Covid or flu may have similar kind of presentation like fever, cough, cold , body ache etc
General advise would be to take steam inhalation and betadin gargle.
For fever or body ache you may take paracetamol 500mg or 650mg.
For cough - Tab Levocetrizine 5mg tablet once daily
Antibiotics are usually not needed as it resolves within 5 days. It’s given only if there is risk of secondary bacterial infection.
