Lower leg pain in covid patient can be serious. Blockage of artery in leg to be ruled out. If your pain is very intense and persisting,  get a Arterial doppler study done for leg. Watch for any bluish /blackish  discoloration of toes. If it is, then it becomes an emergency condition. Otherwise, take pyrigesic 1gram to relieve pain.
