Please take plenty of fluids.. body pains are common in Covid infection.. please rest well and get ur paracetamol tablets And other medications on time..
Lower leg pain in covid patient can be serious. Blockage of artery in leg to be ruled out. If your pain is very intense and persisting, get a Arterial doppler study done for leg. Watch for any bluish /blackish discoloration of toes. If it is, then it becomes an emergency condition.
Otherwise, take pyrigesic 1gram to relieve pain.
