I hv no fever, cough, body pain, no loss of taste n smell. I checked my temperature it's always between 96-97 F. SPO2 always 96-99. I don't hv any diabetes or cholesterol issue. You don't need to get the repeat RTPCR according to the ICMR guidelines. After 17 days of quarantine you can go back for work while maintaining the proper protocol.

Wait for a few days and get your self tested. According to ICMR you do not have to get tested after 14 days if you are asymptomatic.

After 10 days, from the day 1 of symptoms..if you are not having fever for 3 consecutive days and no other symptoms, you can go out of quarantine without getting tested. These are guidelines as per ICMR.
