Am mbbs third yr student at mmc ..i have got covid positive April 24 Th ..i have symptoms till may2nd after that i have been fully recovered ..now since two days i have head pain and chest pain tiredness also ..i have put dolo yesterday i head ache is gone ...i have given blood test ...in that is my d-dimer value is normal ?what can i do now ..my results are attached

Hi Dear. First of Congratulations..so you really fight well and won from this covid.may I know what's your HRCT score.? And don't worry it's very common things in some post covid patients they can face such kind of pain and discomfort..

I ll suggest you don't worry..just keep regular doing Chest excercise..Hopefully you ll be okay very soon.

Nothing to do be relax  take symptomatic with steam inhalation ,deep breathing excercise u can start Syp Grilinctus 1 TSF tds and T Montek LC 1 hs X 5 days
