I want to know how much corona damaged my lung and don't want to do HRCT so can I do sonography is it better than x ray and HRCT

HRCT is the best . Doing xray or ultrasonagram won't offer much help.

You are insisting that you don't want to get HRCT scan done. A corollary to this is
"why do you want to find out how much damage is there to the lungs?"
As far as other modalities are concerned , ultrasound has very limited value in lung study. X ray can give one image , whatever inference you want to draw from it.
So if you want proper assessment of lung damage , go for HRCT.

Every diagnostic test have some limitation so show it is necessary; to know that which diagnostic test is best to find out right diagnostic property.
According to me before going to any diagnostic test you should take consultation from a doctor then decide which is best for you.
