Covid 19 syndrome
I have a slight difficulty in breathing which is mainly because of my asthama as suggested by many doctors. And m undergoing medicine for the same. As breathing difficulty is also a symptom of covid 19, and all other symptoms are absent in me. Please suggest what I should do , as I'm psychologically disturb and I am continuously thinking am covid 19.

Covid have a cluster of symptoms. If you have only breathing difficulty it may be because of your asthma issue or because of your anxiety or stress issue. Need some details to help you in a better way

Talk to your friends and family Don’t think too much about Take time for exercise Yoga and meditation can help Stay indoor , Take balance diet Take medication for asthma Work on your hobbies like singing , dancing and music. Sleep well It’s time to relax This time shall pass

Take help. Symptoms might feel like flaring up as everyone is scared So dont worry it could be due to asthma.. Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online
