Covid-19 symptoms
I recently got positive with covid-19 and after few days I got negative too. But, my body is still feeling ill and weak, also my eyes are burning.

Post covid weakness is normal, so u need not worry. Just keep yourself well hydrated and have lots of fruits and green vegetables. Have ample sleep as well

Quite a normal thing post covid.  Take a high protien content diet along with multivitamin. Increase your fluid intake. Take adequate rest. Don't exhaust your body thinking that you've been negative. Remember you are tested negative but body will take time to recover.

If you took a course of steroids , and your eyes and burning and are red. I would advice a opthalmologist consultation.

Post covid weakness and aches / pains can persist upto 1 to 2 months

Please take care that you are consuming a good high protein diet ( can add on a whey protein , soya bean , milk , curd / yogurt , pulses , non veg if you consume non vegetarian food , eggs ) Increase your fluid intake add on coconut water / electral
