Keep a day diary and make a note of each and every activity you wish to do for the day and try to complete it at least by 90% You will be in a happy zone..that is nearer to reality than perfection.

A perfect day is when you do some activity that is close to your heart. And the problem is that we mis out such activities that are very close to us and are blurred. What impresses us is the distant attraction. So do the activity that you like most. First find out what you love to do and then start afresh.
