Hi. I understand your concern s. If blood in cough is reduced then you need not worry. For whatever you need to undergo a sputum examination to look for the bug and also to rule out TB. Weakness could be part of pneumonia. Dia follow up with your treating doctor.

Did you and your doctor ruled out Tuberculosis and other causes of hemoptysis (blood in cough)?
If you are not improving there may be few possibilities for non resolving pneumonia like wrong diagnosis, resistant bug, non infective causes etc.
Next Steps
You have to be worked up throughly and there may be need to do a diagnostic bronchoscopy.
