Coughing since last 9 days
I am suffering from severe cough and cold since last 8 days. In first two days , I had fever(101°F) along with sore throat.After that I did not have fever but lot of cough is accumulated in my throat, I am having heavy voice along frequent Yellow nasal discharge.In medications, I was taking homeopathic medicine Justicia and regular gargle with salt water, but it has made no difference. What medicine should I take ?
