Coughing and hard to breath

Dear sir its been 3days ,he is coughing .first day he got fever 100°.now it is hard to feed him due to nose blocking. He is active and want to eat.

Use normal saline nasal drops for 3 to 4 times a day and if possible give steam inhalation to get relife from nasal congestion. Appetite is usually decrease in these symptoms,he will regain it after few days.
