Kindly mention travel/contact history. If present, to consider Covid RT-PCR testing. As this is winter, Correlate if allergic symptoms like itching of eyes, post nasal drip, earache, headache near to eyebrows are present. If these are present, can consider levocetrizine 10mg for 3-5 days at night with plain steam inhalation.
Next Steps
watch for fever, worsening of cough, yellowish or blood tinged sputum.
