Cough with blood
My wife was diagnosed with positive 3 tb at Aug.
1. After starting ATD from DOT he was diagnosed with drug induced thrombocytopenia.
2. After it was determined by doctor, Rifampicin was stopped and platelet count went normal.
3. Initially during sept Doctor started with
Levifloxacin 750 and ethumbutol 1000.
4. Then included INH 300 and Pyrazinamide 1500.
After having these for last one and half months.
Now I can see 2 symtoms.
1. Though recurrence has reduced but sputam is till generating during night.
2. Last 2 days once blood came with sputam and it was fully red that time.
Is it anything serious..
