You seem to be suffering from cold and a viral infection. Still it is best to get your BP checked considering your age. Also homoeopathic medicines for your acute symptoms would be a good choice.

Hello sir. How much is your BP. Please get a chest X-ray done and CBC count . At 65 yrs need to rule out PAH. Pulmonary Hypertension. I would like to know about nature of cough too. Get ECG done also. Please consult with reports . Are you also having breathing difficulties. Take salbutamol cough syp at night 2 tsf and Diclogesic 1 BD . Levocetrizine 5 mg at night. You can consult a Physician locally with reports also. Your cardiac status has to be examined

Seems like flu.Take lits of liquids ,steam ,bed rest.You can take paracetamol for bodyache or mild fever.If fever or cough persists for more than 2 days ,show a doc nearby.
