I am facing cough issue on and off since last 1 month no fever no other issue just headche and water coming from nose sumtym I feel like that water from nose dripping in my throat already consulted Dr twice after taking medicines as well facing same issue anything serious?

Symptoms favour most in terms of sinusitis . Sinusitis can cause such symptoms on and off ..in that case u need an endoscopy of nose and after that ct scan for nose which can give a detailed idea of all sinus pockets and the severity of sinusitis
