My dad is suffering from cough syncope. He is having cough problem from almost 10 days but from last 2-4 days he faints for 25-30 seconds while coughing. I want to know how long does it take to get cured and what are the remedies for the same?

You better consult a neurologist to be sure whether it is cough syncope, and its management. If it is really cough syncope the attacks will go as the cough is controlled.
