Tab Paracetamol 650 mg only when headache is present. For cough if it is wet (productive) take Grilinctus expectorant syrup 2tsp three times a day. If dry you may take Grilinctus dC for dry cough. Warm honey 2 tsp three times a day help in both types of cough. Hope it helps.
