Cough cold fever
Had cough and cold so I gave her levoline. After 2 days fever started so I gave flexon its 3 days now fever is repeated.

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
If child is active physically and feeding normally,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
