I ve having wheezing and cough for 2 days and today night i take azitromizine 500 tablet and serratiopeptidase with dicpofenac sodium tablet and now the wheezing was high

you are suffering from asthma.. you should not take diclofenac as nsaid worsen asthma. Consult a chest physician
