Cough and sore throat

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi Doctor, I'm having throat pain and cough since yesterday. I am currently on Tab Predmet 8 and Tab Lanol ER currently as I am also suffering from Reactive Arthritis. Please suggest something. I was taking Syrup Benadryl but it isn't helping much.

plz take tab montek-Lc at night time daily for 7 days and take dolo650mg if pain is severe ... and do regular salt water gargles sir...
