Hello There are many causes of cough and fever and most often it will be not much is an issue. Do you have any history of travel out of country or coming in contact with any covid19 positive patient ?
Next Steps
if you don't have the above history, then you can take Paracetamol 500mg three times a day. For dry cough I advise you to drink luke warm water regularly. If the symptoms persist for more than two days, we can look for other causes
