Cough and cold.
My grandson 3 years old having cough and cold for last 3 days. It occurs frequently as and when season change due to less immunity power.

Viral infection is very common in children,and can occur 5-6 times a year till 8 years of age,after which immunity is almost adult like,thereafter episodes of sickness drastically reduce.
Give just steam inhalations 3-4 times a day for 3-4 days,and paracetamol for fever if required.
