Do steam inhalation
Give saline nasal drops for nose block
Give warm water/ soup frequently
You can give Syr Cetrizine

I suggest you give steam inhalation first, as it is not good to use much medicine below one year of age. Continue steam for 1 week if still continues then please fix an online consultation

Cold, nose block or running nose :
If baby have cold then need steam inhalation, nasal decongestant drops (nasivion baby nasal drops/Otrivin-P nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 3-4 times a day for 3 days).
