Cough and cold
Hi my baby is 2months 4 days old and she is having cold and cough am using nasal drops and mucolite 5 drops but not reduced .so my doc gave clavam 1ml 2times mucolite 0.3ml 3 times and maxtra 6 drops 3 times . He mentioned it's a viral infection spread from others .do I really need to use antibiotics..pls reply me on urgent basis

No need. Maxtra has side effects. Contraindicated at this age
Next Steps
Give steam inhalation. Saline nasal drops. If possible, suck out nasal secretions with nasal aspirator.
