Do not give Macberry Junior along with Levolin — both contain levosalbutamol has risk of side effects (tachycardia, tremors).
For now:
Honey, steam, warm fluids
Paracetamol if fever
Other syrups only after pediatrician advice.

Stop Levolin and continue Macberry junior because both same components only
Just do Nebulisation with Hyperneb morning afternoon night
