Dear sir
My son is 2 year old.
He has cold, sneezing, runny nose and cough.
He has always irritation. And he can't sleep properly.
Please advise medicine.

Give syrup cetzine 2.5 ml two times a day for 5 days
And syrup ascoril LS 2.5 ml three times a day for 6 days
3 to 4 drops of nasal saline drops in each nostril when nose is blocked
