Cough and cold
As I wake up in the morning I start sneezing continuously after some time it goes off or lessens. And also as temperature changes outside like summer to rainy season I start sneezing and coughing. Sometimes it's very difficult to stop this.

Two steps. First is for instant relief. Second is for long term prophylaxis. For instant relief, you can take a tab pcm plus phenylephrine plus levocetrizine 1 tab twice daily for nect 3 to 5 days. In case you don't have fever, then take only levocetrizine plus chlorpheniramine  twice daily for next 3 to 5 days. With this take steam inhalation once daily. For long term prophylaxis, i have few maneuvers and exercises that will clear this problem forever. For demonstration, plz consult online/video call.
